Could you be a BSU Rep?
BSU is on the lookout for new reps based at Leek CSC (both Co-op Bank and Capita) and WMS Plymouth, as well as in the branch network.
We need people who are: -
- willing to talk to their colleagues and represent their views at our meetings and at meetings with management
- able to understand and articulate problems between individuals and help achieve workable solutions on an informal basis
- able to support and repesent members in formal meetings about performance or conduct (after full training)
- curious rather than judgemental.
We will provide full training on the appropriate policies and help you gain confidence and experience as part of a supportive and encouraging team. Paid time off will be given for training and to carry out the role.
