Formed in 1972 BSU was an independent Trade Union from 1976 and affiliated to the TUC since 1st July 1999.
Our aim is to preserve and enhance the terms and conditions of our membership whilst fostering and encouraging the working relationship with Management to the mutual advantage of The Co-operative Bank, Capita and their employees.
