Formed in 1972 as Britannia Staff Association, we have been an independant Trade Union since 1976, and affiliated to the TUC since 1st July 1999.
Our aim is to preserve and enhance
the terms and benefits of our membership whilst fostering and
encouraging the working relationship with Management to the mutual
advantage of The Co-Operative Banking Group and its employees.
